We are an indie/post-punk record label. We only wholesale releases from our artists. We are not a distributor.

Wholesale Vinyl Records - Ordering: 

The minimum wholesale vinyl record purchase amount is $50.00.  All products and pricing are subject to change based on availability.

Payment: 

We accept all major credit cards (AMEX, M/C, Visa, Discover) or PayPal. All payments will be collected at the time of purchase.

Selling our Items:

Play Alone Records products may not be sold or advertised on any website for less than the prices listed on our website. Products sold in record stores must be sold at our website prices as well.

Discounts for sale under retail are only allowed if we are selling the items at sale prices or you have received prior dispensation from Play Alone Records representatives. Play Alone Records products cannot be re-sold to other wholesalers for retail purposes and cannot be sold online or in-store to wholesale or discount outlets.

Private Label: 

All Items purchased from Play Alone Records are under trademark protection & must display the Play Alone Records name.  Under no circumstances may you sell Play Alone Records products under any other name, or reproduce records, CDs, Tapes, or T-shirts under this trademark.

Multiple Shipping Addresses:

We only ship to the shipping address provided and will not ship to multiple addresses. If you would like items shipped to multiple addresses, please place separate orders, one for each shipping address.

Wholesale Vinyl Records - Cancellations:

We do our best to ship orders within three business days and due to this quick turnaround time, the time frame for cancelling orders is short.  If your cancellation request is seen before we process your order, we will cancel it and refund you in full. However, once the order is in processed, we can no longer cancel it and you would need to return it for a refund. We do not refund shipping. 

Wholesale Vinyl Records - Order Changes:

Due to quick turn around times and inventory availability, we cannot honor change requests to orders after purchase. Please be sure to closely review your order before submitting.

 

Wholesale Vinyl Records - Returns/Exchanges:

ALL WHOLESALE ORDERS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

Returned Mail:

If an order is returned because the address provided was incorrect, we are not responsible for re-shipping. We will contact you for the correct address; shipping charges will need to be paid again in full before we can resend the order.

Lost/Damaged by Post Office:

We are not responsible or financially liable for any errors made by the Post Office. However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your tracking number, please contact us and we will provide directions for filing a claim with the USPS.

Damaged Items/Order Errors:

Though each vinyl record or product is inspected for quality assurance prior to shipping, it is possible to receive a damaged albums or items. additionally, human is possible, order mistakes are happen. Due to these reasons, it is imperative for you to inspect all of your items as soon as you receive them.

Please contact us within five business days of receiving your order if there is anything wrong. We will not and cannot honor order changes outside of that time frame, as stated within our policies.

Damaged Replacements:

Once we have been notified of any damaged items you have received, we will work with you to get them corrected. Please note: we cannot extend any discounts to you should you decide to sell damaged items at a discount.

Wholesale Vinyl Records - Discounts:

From time to time we will promote items to our retail customers at a percentage off or reduced cost or reduced shipping rate. These offers/coupons DO NOT apply to wholesale orders. Coupon Codes CANNOT be used by wholesale customers.

Violation of any Play Alone Records wholesale policy will result in account suspension or termination.

 

FAQ

Do you wholesale to anyone?

Although we have a retail section for non-wholesalers, we only wholesale our products to qualified businesses that can prove that they have a disto or store that charges taxes on retail items.

Can I use your pictures to help promote the products via my social media/online?

Absolutely! We ask that you not alter the images in any way and please link them to our social media account.
